This class focuses on forward bends and forward extension through a series of standing and seated yoga postures. Preparation for headstand is also included, without inverting (going upside down). All classes include a bodily warm up and with restorative yogic practise at the end.
This class is aimed at students with regular Iyengar Yoga experience. All levels are welcome to practise this class, however the level of teaching reflects the level of the class.
