25 minute guided video

This video was produced for Key Wellbeing in April 2020, for families at home under strict UK lockdown for Covid-19.

This 25 minute video requires minimum equipment, aiming to get the physical body moving, whilst removing the effects of anxiety and internal disturbances we all faced in the height of the pandemic. 

This video is a great resource to jump on the mat with a quick 25 minute practise, to keep moving particularly in between classes and during holidays.
