A candlelit space inside the Main Hall at Lewes Subud Centre, with sound healer and practitioner Brighitta from Wildish Healing.

As we move through the depths of winter, I’m feeling a strong calling to practise together by candlelight, accompanied by the beautiful, ambient sounds of crystal singing bowls

The crystal bowls produce soft, resonant sounds with powerful vibrational qualities that are felt by both body and mind.

The evening will begin with a 1 hour yoga practice 6pm – 7pm moving slowly and mindfully through familiar postures recognisable from weekly classes

The practice will be grounding and opening, allowing you to receive the energy of both the asana and sound.

This will be followed by a 30-minute Savasana, where you’ll rest deeply while being bathed in the sound of the bowls

The cost for the session is £45.
